I'm honestly more hyped for the N64 making a comeback than any other new game priming release across any console.

Can't say I disagree with a lot that has been said, but at the end of the day, Nintendo gets my $$$ b/c I enjoy their games the most. I have paid for SMB more times than I can count.

Fair enough, again it's not my style of games, even though I'm open to all kinds of games, so I'm willing to take your word for it. I've honestly yet to see a game from them where I look at it and I'm hyped to see more of it or to play ... I'm a bigger fan of N64, which I played extensively and loved their output back then.

The only game I'm even remotely interested from them is the new mario party which has all the mario parties.

It just blows my mind how Nintendo fans get so riled up over N64 games that released 20 years ago. Old ports from PS games, and DLC like “Animal Crossing” and Super smash

The only good thing coming out of that chit tier show was Bayonetta 3 and Metroid. Other than that can you name one new IP that Nintendo released the past 10 years? None. Splatoon? But Nintendo didn’t develop that. They live and die by their 80s cast and release DLC and announce it like it’s some amazing world-changing release

Lmao Nintendo didn’t develop splatoon? News to me. You might want to double check on that. ARMS is a new IP from this generation. And ring fit girl, but that’s not a game I think most miscers would be into. I do agree they need more new IP, but they also have a heavy catalog of IP, and it’s not like most of their releases feel like “reskins”, like Ubisoft games or something. They often do something different in the design to innovate and make things feel fresh.

Adding new dlc to existing “gaas” type games just makes sense. They are both very popular games, and not single player “one and done” type games. There inclusion didn’t hurt anything

The last Kirby was just okay. Planet robobot on 3ds and epic yarn on Wii were good. But this is the first time the pink puffball has gone 3D in his entire history. So we shall see how it is when it’s out.

console is the kids and honestly there are not a lot of switch games that interest me enough to play while they arn't using it.
but i find the party games and racing hella fun and will play with them.
That's what i think makes the switch a great console.
you don't need an n64 controller but you do get a better experience playing some of the games with a z trigger.

not sure why people zerg out when nintendo is mentioned.
it's odd to say the least.

But like many others ITT have echoed I am surprised they don't get more hate for it when both Sony and MS have had to reverse pricing structure changes recently because backlash was so harsh. The new maps in splatoon 3 will add major excitement to the turf war battles which I’m dying to step back into. I quite enjoyed good splatfests events too.

Im getting a 64 controller for emulation on PC.

But yeah Nintendo is the apple of vidya.

Sony is trying the same chit, it's just their IPs are far weaker.
