No, but there's no perfect food.

For example, you can get the protein and micronutrients of the meat from protein shakes and multivitaminics, without the need of consuming the fat and all the other bad **** that raises cholesterol and crap like that.

You can get carbs, protein and fats nowadays with 0% of added crap, or negatives.

See my point?
"The flowers bloom, then wither... The stars shine and one day become extinct. This earth, the sun, the galaxies and even the big universe, someday will be destroyed. Compared with that, the human life is only a blink, just a little time. In that short time - people are born, laugh, cry, fight, are injured, feel joy, sadness, hate someone, love someone. All in just a moment. And then, are embraced by the eternal sleep called death."

if someone ate lean beef, chicken, fish and eggs and a bunch of fruit, they would be satiated enough that they will most likely not overeat.

This reminds me i gotta stock up on some fresh mangos and blueberries.

grapefruits, with a sprinkle of sugar on top that is torched like creme brulee, is awesome.

Fructose bound to fiber isn't very high on the glycemic index though.

jfl@fruit, it's basically the p00sy version of vegetables, brb having my kale smoothie and downing it like a man because I don't need to eat something that tastes like some gey trendy tropical drink from a fancy bar.

And avocado is NOT A FUARKING FRUIT

This made me so mad I might just kick a fruit tree in the damn nuts, where are the nuts on a tree (strong no homo)?

Steve Jobs died of pancreatic cancer and his diet was fruit only.

What does that tell you OP?

Fructose is also the preferred carbon source of pathogenic bacteria

I agree with the doctors that you are mentioning.

Fruit has been selectively planted to breed the sweetest and best looking fruits.

Fruit today is so much higher than sugar than the fruit from 1500 AD.

Fruit is only healthy for fiber needs which you can get elsewhere. Otherwise it’s just a sugar bomb. Juice is absolutely horrendous and yet the general population thinks it’s healthy.

You can have fruit every once in a while and it won’t be a big deal, but largely avoid it and get your fiber intake elsewhere.

You can find Drs who advocate for any diet. I'm sure there are plenty who advocate veganism, then there are those like Dr Shawn Baker who advocate the carnivore diet.

No it’s when you hve dumb people think they are on a diet and eat tons of fruit, not realizing they are consuming sugar, fructose but still carbohydrates at the end of the day.

Every woman: “omg I did so good today, I had like 3 pineapples, 2 bananas, and 3 avocados”

And wonder why they are still fat.

The fruit you get from the supermarket lacks nutritional value, it's basically fructose.

Even organic fruit is mostly sugar, most of the fruits vitamins are in the skin, which no one eats.

If you are fructose intolerant/malabsorber or diabetic then yeah, otherwise why? Also many vegetables have it as well.

It’s really hard to overeat fruit though, at least for me. Most are too acidic. Chips, cookies, cake are easy to overeat.

Fruit is so nutritious with antioxidants and fiber. I eat blueberries and cherries almost daily. Even my grandmother said to always good to have a colorful plate.

Ignore doctors and listen to a nutritionist. Every nutritionist I’ve seen pushes for fruit in moderation.

HFCS isnt.
Drinking fruits likely isnt.
dried fruits arent

Obv context matters, but for the average fat person this is probably very true in this regard

People generally eat whatever was growing in their environment. I seriously doubt people eat fruit once per month in a world where there were no supermarkets, corner shops, fast food places & no processed food.

How much fruit are people eating?
A few different pieces and most people are full from fiber.

Probably some people are eating way too much & likely high fodmap fruits-which is why they have gut issues with it. Low fodmap choices & spread it out during the day is the best option.
