I stopped lifting as heavily for a while and was mostly boxing, thus wanting to be lighter.. but then covid hit and all indoor sport in Victoria Australia has basically been shut down since.
As I have a garage gym I started lifting again, more for the mental benefits of doing something physical than anything else.
Edit: I tend to get injured a lot easier in my 30’s if I lift too much I’ve noticed haha, shift work probably doesn’t help either

I weigh 115 at 5'5. My natural weight should be around 125-130. The amount of weight I lift is just around 40-50lbs of deadlifting every other day.
