How many kids do you have and how old are they? Maybe they are still young enough to fully control and maybe your wife does all the work. I do think dads have it much easier than moms.
Family life is anything but glamorous. Young kids are near impossible to fully control.

Let's say you live to 80-90, that's half of your life where you're going to regret not having children/a family. Right now you may have a cruisier, more care-free life than a woman of the same age who's running around after 2-3 kids, but that same woman is going to be happier than you later in life having invested in a family.

You traded in your future happiness and genetic lineage for sex with strangers now. One day it will hit you hard, when no one calls for Christmas, or when your extended family invites your lonely old ass to thanksgiving because they feel obligated. They'll all be busy with family life and making memories together, while the only stories you'll bring to the table are the amount of Chad dick you got in your younger years.

My situation is irrelevant and you can make all the assumptions you like as a way of deflecting hearing hard truths, but it doesn't make them any less true. I'm not even doing it to make you feel bad, I'm just letting you know your choices now will have consequences for the future.
