I love them, but Ferrari is kind of a brand you have to commit to...and pay your dues for a long time if you want to get an allocation. They are picky and I cant commit to just one brand. Also they were terribly unreliable until recently.

That said, I love the cars. A buddy with 488, and a few F8's. My good friend just specd his SF90 which should be in next year. Crazy 1000hp hybrid. I am sure I will be drawn to the darkside after I see that. But overall, I just feel like Lambos are the car I like from a stylistic perspective. Just two different takes on what a car is. I like the obnoxious aggressive, vs the elegant beauty. I am low class...what can I say?

I really like McLarens, but they are cars you buy new and sell before they are a year old. WAY too many issues with them, but awesome cars when they are working.

They really are pretty! This is my buddies 488. He put a full Ryft titanimum exhaust and a stage II tune on it. Exhaust alone was almost 30k. More than I could justify on an exhaust. It is a work of art, but gets covered up. They are actually numberedIt is a MONSTER now.

This is my other buddies F8 sitting on custom 21" vossen rims. He has a bunch of cars, SVJ, RR Phantom, GT2rs, Urus, and a few more. He is a 'next level' guy. Makes me look like I am in the poor house for real. But VERY nice guy also. Moved to this country at 12 as a Bosnian refugee with 35$ in his pocket. During the civil war they were starving and had to wait for food drops etc. Came to this country and through hard work, has been fantastically successful. It is inspiring and a reminder of how great this country is. Unfortunately, it seems to be lost on those born here. But people who come from other areas, recognize the true opportunities here.

Probably close. He was posting to our group today that his fronts are totally gone, rear not much left. His car is only 6 months old and he has put 1600 miles on it. Which is a lot for a car like that. Most guys try to keep them under 1000 mi / year, or less, to hold the value of the cars. He drives his stuff. What is even more amazing is he has like 5 or 6 or more other 'toy' cars and he drives those also.

He was wanting to go to a new tire anyway. A type R. So he did not care that he roached them. He figured it was a good way to ensure he got on the ball ordering the others ones.

SVJ was just on stock tires which I think were P Zeros. Car is only 6 months old. Most guys go to sport pilots which are better. Not sure what he is going to go to. The viper runs all different kind of stuff. He goes though A LOT of tires. R888 for track, Hankooks, Kuhmo was taking about sponsoing him, but I dont know if that worked out.

When he runs timed events he has an extra set of stock wheels with stock rubber for 'record' attempts. He was 3/10's off the ACR record at VIR and he is hoping to break it in Oct when we go there. Probably the 2nd most talented driver in our group. The first is a guy who almost had a F1 seat. Not from the US obviously. He actually tested with Williams F1 about 8 years ago. But he ended up having health issues. He drive an AMG Black series and a Radical RX8 Carbon for his track car.

Didnt want to start another thread, but this was cool. Made a quick run to Cars and Coffee with my son and friends. We ended up with 4-SVJ's in the line up. We usually dont all make it out. Actually there are 2 more guys w/ SVJ's that didnt, but you just dont see this everyday either.

@Suave2000 did not like the ideas of an 850k car. Well how is 4? In total transparency, the orange one is a coupe and only worth about 750. The others are roadsters. The purple one on the end is for sale for 950. He might get it with the spec. Had offers over 900. These are the last of the breed and represent something we will never have again in cars.

So cool to see them all together, even cooler to all roll together. Beautiful weather, windows down....makes me really miss having a spyder!
