In college, once I woke up in my apartment the day after a night of heavy drinking and one of my shoes was full of piss. I have no recollection of it at all. Only happened once like 30 years ago, though.

Why'd you drink that much?

Warning Signs of Severe Alcoholism probably include drinking egregious amounts (3/4 of a tequila bottle sounds like a lot, depending on size of bottle), pissing yourself or unexpected areas. Good for you OP. Ded srs. I don't agree that just because he got too drunk and pissed on the floor you're an alcoholic but ifyouthink you have a problem best to avoid alcohol. Since I had my first kid I really don't drink much myself just a couple beers or a couple whiskey drinks at social functions with friends or coworkers and that's more for their sake than mine.

SLOWLY ween yourself off brah. Alcohol (and benzo withdrawals are no effing joke). They can be as benign as normal DTs or as serious as seizures and death. There is Rx meds that will help ease the DT symptoms if you wanna go that route. Another idea is kratom. Though its more for opiate DTs but it can certainly help with any general pain that might creep up. Tastes like chit though. Send me a message if you have questions about it
