****ty head coach. They’ll never find a good head coach as long as Jerry is around. You have to be alpha to be a good head coach, and Jerry wants a lap dog.

Dak is fine but not worth the money. Line got thrown around all game. Zeke looks cooked. Lamb isn’t a true alpha #1, at least not yet.

And their defense is overrated. One top tier player and that’s Parsons. Diggs gave up the most yardage for a CB this year and got crazy lucky with turnovers. Dude was getting worked by Aiyuk in that game.

Congrats on the cakewalk schedule. Won 3 games against playoff teams. Twice against the ****ty Eagles and the Pats. Frauds.

Jerry will hold this team back til he dies. And maybe even after if his son has the same mentality.

Yep, those are straight facts.

Idk if he'll ever hire a GM because that would diminish his credibility if Dallas ever wins anything in the playoffs.

In the case that he does get a GM, it would be only positive for this organization. It provides accountability from the top down and finally some pressure can be applied to losing big games and poor performance.

Yep all true.

It has been the same story in Dallas since the end of their 90's dominance. Poor discipline, bad game management, chitty contracts, questionable drafting (although it's been much better in recent years). This all with rotating coaches and players. The only constant factor is Jerry Jones.

Doesn't take a rocket scientist to diagnose the problem.
