Don't really care if only gang members were killed. Could it be determined who started it, bc maybe the accused were just defending themselves? dunno, but again, no care (as long as no non-gang members were injured).

This 'mutual combat' idea being an excuse to commit murder is deeply concerning.

So, I could walk around town with 2 hammers, give one to a random guy (say a crackhead or homeless) and ask him to hold it in a defensive stance, then quickly brain him and just tell the Police it was "mutual combat" as we were both armed and ready?
