I think a lot of this comes down that a lot of police stations are extremely desperate to hire cops right now. That what little standards they had before, have been nearly dropped, just so they can get bodies into uniform.

Just lol at women cops.
My wife has a friend from high school who is a cop. She is maybe 110 pounds and 20 of that is her milkers. Shes pretty damn hot but it looks like a little kid playing dress up when she is in uniform. From what I understand she is a badge bunny.

You could tell by the way she threw the punch and kick that she threw was learned from non-contact sparring/drills.
At first he was going willingly and I think he would have gone but then they pressed him against the car and started torquing up on his arms, I'd be pissed too if I was being cooperative and they pulled some chit like that. He was probably like "oh you want to start getting forceful, ah"
Side note, a buddy of mine was being arrested and resisted, got away with it. He was being arrested for a failure to appear warrant he didn't even know he had because they gave him the wrong date. He said the cop yanked him out of the car, threw him against it and started yanking on his hands and he yelled to stop so the cop threw him on the ground and put his foot on the back of his head. He turned that around on the cop real quick, didn't hurt him but got away and got in his car and got away, but then he called the police and turned himself in. Because he did things right, the cop got terminated. I guess the cops said that he was being a smartass because he was acting like it wasn't a big deal. Buddy said he knew it was what it was and what could he do.
