Wages in general are rising at the highest pace in 4 decades as in total. There will be variation among industries. This will keep inflation running high until we see some type of normal return and interest rates rise.

Now property values did rise before wages ever did, Covid and lack of inventory caused this.

Strong this.

In your smaller tech areas or areas with no major presence, you'll probably see very little movement over the next 5 years at least.

We've been giving 1-2% raises at work every year for the past 5 years and I don't see that changing over the next few years.
