Started building at the beginning of covid when some states were talking shutdowns probably some time around March. Started with a couple of things just to get by but I loved the convenience of training at home so I just kept buying stuff. Cancelled my gym membership in April of 2020. Haven't been back.

Hell yeah, love to see what you guys built. Fuk gyms closing ever again.

Eat in a deficit to lose weight.
Hit your protein and fat minimums to stay healthy and keep your gainz.
Lift heavy and do HIIT to look and feel awesome.
Use the internet to learn why you should do these things and how to do these things.

On R/c. Looks good fellas.
The closer we approach the uncertainty of life's ending the more we wish to trade all of the things we have acquired in exchange for all of the things we have lost: wealth for youth, knowledge for fresh curiosity, resignation for hope. We'd trade our wisdom for new experiences, but it is wisdom that will teach us that at the end of the road the only new experience is death.

Jelly of everyones clean af insulated spacious gyms while I'm stuck lifting in some tiny dusty spider-filled oven. Still prefer it then going to a commercial gym though (when we're not locked down lol).

INB4, MajorTendonitis and his Arnie Terminator!!

I wish I had an awesome home gym like yours...

Please don't laugh, this is mine, a poor man's home gym...

I've been using the equipment for almost 40 years.

Never once retightened the bolts.
