I don't understand what this means though? Is it just for like federal employees?

Can't employers still mandate whatever they want as a private business?

This is literally just saying Biden can't decide correct?

Of course, after this it may open a can of worms for those businesses BUT point still stands

Agreed. Add to that people on either side that think there should be one party rule. It's why places like Cali are ****ed.

There is supposed to be negotiation and synergy between the parties instead of all this talking passed each other and resisting everything as if your respective party always gets it right.

I can come across leaning hard right when discussing the left but that's because they have gone so far left that if you try and meet them in the middle you're still far left. At this point they need to be shutdown and put in the corner until they realize they have lost their collective mind.
