I'm glad she's been awesome! So many of us stay on dating apps forever that it's nice to read a success story!

I can only let it get to a certain point and I can’t stand it so I go HAM deep cleaning everything. Afterwards feel like a king but then my kid comes home and all that’s over with lol.

I have to hang all my clothes by order of item, all facing the same way on the hangars, I can never leave dishes in sink for longer than 5 minutes, I sweep every morning, mop the floors on Mondays, Wednesdays and Sundays, wash my washroom every night, if I see a smear on a mirror I'll immediately use windex, items have to be in perfect squares, for example a book on the coffee table can't be crooked.... I think I have issues
My place looks like this 24/7

OP's place looks very similar to mine.
My rooms turn into a disorganized mess with chit all over the place. But never food items. I dont leave old plates or take out anywhere that would attract bugs except some dirty dishes or pots/pans. No like piss bottles or anything like that. But just general disarray of items all over the place. Need like an hour or two to clean up before people come over.

They have glasses that are supposed to enhance the colors for this condition been thinking about buying them.

Nope - Had to vacuum this morning because the little bit of dust gets on my nerves.

I'm the same OP. Place looks like a dump 5/7 days. Been making daily goals to spot clean but work and other stuff always pops up. Started selling things I don't really need to help declutter/manage my home better. Feels good honestly.

Have clients into my house so I need to be tidy, even though I'm not fanatical about it. My kids even have slightly messy rooms but their mom is an OCD neat freak so I let them chill at my place. If you have a hard time walking on the floor because of toys, etc then it's cleanup time and they know that.
Kitchen gets cleaned daily and I never leave food out. I'm paranoid about mice and bugs. Bathrooms and laundry usually get cleaned once/twice a week.
When my girlfriend comes over I joke with her it's a good thing because it means I make the bed, clean up the bedroom, pick up everything and put it away, etc.
