All jobs suck-
Police officer-deal with criminals
Teacher-deal with kids/general public
Service jobs-deal with general public
Nurse-deal with chit, piss etc.
Tradie-have to do physical work/labor
Sales person-have to sell chit
Personal trainer- get paid only if you have clients.
Small bus owners-some good years , some bad years (remember covid?)
The only better jobs are actually doctor, P.T or P,A, but those are difficult to become because you need high grades(like be top 20% in science/math courses, which already have above IQ people), loads of volunteering etc. And even then those jobs involve dealing with patients and the general population as well.
No such thing as a perfect job. Office jobs are often the best option, especially if you get to work from home (as I do as an Engineer)

9 to 5 Monday through Friday that pays more than the bills sounds good to me. Plus, the experience allows you to move almost anywhere if we're talking IT.
Would love to be my own boss but why stress? Enjoy your hobbies on the side and travel when you can. I love 3 day weekend trips.

On dat office time for the last 15 years, and counting. Really boring, but i only do 8am-3pm mon-fri, and it´s reaaally relaxed, like i can misc 99% of the time, there´s just some peaks of work on very specific moments of the year. The pay is ok, but as the economy of my country goes to chit, it gets better and better just by comparison. Not my dream job, but leave me plenty of time and energy to to my own stuff.

Is the job market that bad for a newley minted ME that you have to drive an hour each way with no WFH option?

Don't love my job or like working much in general but I like getting paid and doing what I want outside of work. I work 4 day weeks though and would find a new job if I had to work 5 SRS. Fuk having only 2 days for a weekend

Although I feel like when people see me in person they will talk behind my back (I am currently on the sauce for Skype video purposes , so it’s pretty obvious I’m not natural. And my field is usual skinny/overweight people)

If you have a low stress job that pays enough to support your life and fund your future, you made it.
If that job has a pathway that can lead you to more success, that's even better.
A job can and should be somewhat fulfilling but the people who over invest in their company are the ones who are gossiping and pot stirring because they don't like the direction the company is headed or whatever.
Get your fulfillment outside of work. Join a band and play bar gigs every other weekend, go fishing with the boys, or whatever it is.
