I know a woman like that who is very interested in me, we have very very similar personalities at a pretty deep level, shes extremely intelligent, checks all that list(besides knowing how mean a bj she gives) and shes got a 9/10 face and extremely good body, ivy league college education, owns a house, tons of money in crypto and investments

But the way i live my life and the way she lives hers are very different so it would never work out so i never pursued it.

This. My woman gave up her nursing aspirations (shes an RN) to be a housewife. Although shes doing it temporarily. You need to find a woman that is willing to keep it real and understand their duties. All of them will fight you at first, 70-80% won't give in but if you are lucky enough to find that 20% that will, your golden.
