Listening to podcast like Joe Rogan and Opie and Anthony help improved my conversational skills with people.
You are your thoughts. Life is perception, thoughts are perception, perception is reality ergo thoughts are reality, I think therefore I am.

3-4 hours daily, probably with the most being physical improvement for my sport and health.

Multiple hours at work, but varies daily.

Playing the guitar is something I do every so often, but I’m not devoting an hour+ a day like I used to.

There’s definitely more that I could be doing. Maybe not on the physical side, but in other facets of my life.

I think this important.

My life is extremely busy right now, and I don’t have the time, and a lot of times, the energy, to go meet up with friends as often as I’d like.

Because of this, I try to give my buddies that I haven’t seen in awhile and check in and see what they’ve been up to, how their family is doing, etc.

Have to be creative as we get older to make sure the people that important in our lives know that they are.

Intermittent fasting to try and lose weight. Makes me hate life srs.

Only other thing I am doing is going to the driving range 1-2x to fix my golf swing, but that is entertainment.

The time you're spending sounds about right (1-2 hours). I also try to spend some time each day in communicating friends. One of my only regrets was not keeping in touch with people, relationships are work. I keep my fiddle on a stand next to my desk. when I need a break from work I'll 10-15 minutes and go over tunes, either getting better at ones I know or working on learning a new one.

I workout for like 45 minutes or so 3-5 days a week, but that's about it.

I used to do seasonal career progression in the form of certifications. I would dedicate myself to some self-paid online courses, and resources, to study a certification related to my field. I'd view it as anywhere between 3-6 months worth of studying + certification exam attempts (also self-paid). Then I'd take a break for at least 6 months before working on the next one.

Haven't done that in forever, largely because the certs I get tend to last 3 years, or longer. And lately I decided Phark it and have let them get closer to expiry than I normally would tbh. A lot of my coworkers don't give a phark about certs/education, and we all make like 6 figures anyways. Starting to be more tolerable of stagnance, srs.

If/when I get back into certifications I'll do 30 minutes a day every day minimum, and "off days" will be 1 hour. Only exception being vacations/events. All of that happening on top of gym-going still.

Repped for truth.

One problem is always having way too much on my plate, which stresses me out and maybe doesn't let me put 100% into each individual task. Motivation, mood, health slightly fall with all that. Got to balance it right, and if it starts becoming too much, you may need to switch up the work and routine to accommodate.
