Thereโs a lot of ways to legally shoot someone there that arenโt legal anywhere else.
Pretty sure they still have the โnight prowlerโ law where you can shoot anyone after dark that is on your property attempting to enter any structure/vehicle or steal anything, even if itโs a leaf rake.

I think the dude was being pretty reasonable (threatening court, and not physical harm or anything else), until the point he told the guy he'll take the gun and shoot him w/ it.

This is what happens in a cucked society.
SRS, religion is right about woman.
Biological father should get the kids and the wife should go back to her family in cases of divorce.
Now here we are, one man dead, one man facing jail and a boy who will grow up without his father while the woman plays the hapless victim and gets sympathy.
Men need to start playing it smarter.
If the wife was playing games then both her and the new boyfriend should go to jail. Her for being manipulative and the boyfriend for being a cuck.
If they weren't playing games and the dad was a deadbeat that would always pull
stunts like this then send condolences to the kids and have everyone move on.

here is a fine example
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joe_Ho...ng_controversy
The Joe Horn shooting controversy occurred on November 14, 2007, in Pasadena, Texas, United States, when local resident Joe Horn shot and killed two burglars outside his neighbor's home. Recordings of Horn's exchange with emergency dispatch indicated that he was asked 14 times not to interfere with the burglary, because police would soon be on scene.[1] The shootings resulted in debates regarding self-defense, Castle Doctrine laws, and Texas laws relating to use of deadly force to prevent or stop property crimes. The undocumented status of both burglars was highlighted because of the U.S. border controversy.[2] On June 30, 2008, Joe Horn was cleared by a grand jury in the Pasadena shootings.

Then at the 1:11 mark the guy moves his arm up (hitting the barrel/gun) to which the guy pulls it up and away, steps back and fires a warning shot. Then approaches the guy and at 1:15 clearly attempts to take the gun/**** w/ the guy, whatever he is doing ANY person can reasonably make the assumption he means to take the gun and/or harm you now. Then you can see he has his hands around the barrel of the gun and appears to be dragging/pulling it and pushing the guy (attempting to take the gun) enough that the guy holds on and is semi thrown off the porch.
Another *FACT* the man who shot him has not been arrested, charged or anything.

2 burglars are different from a dad who was not posing any threat. You're pretty dumb for a white guy. Lol
The Kyle Rittenhouse verdict has made rightcels more gun ho than ever. But little do they know that each shooting is just speeding up the eventual civil war that will make whitecels lose all of the land they stole.

The house being 'burglarized' was empty, owner was on vacation/gone. The owner had asked the neighbor to keep an eye on it. The burglars were running through this mans yard to get away, one was shot in the back.

The father was not threatening violence at all, literally was threatening subpoenas saying he gets to see the kid at 3:15 and was trying to figure out where the kid was at. He assumed her mother's. He even said he hd the cops on the way to her mom's.
So..
At what point did that guy think it was necessary to retrieve a firearm? Broad daylight, people around, NO threats of violence. Call police then file trespassing. Ask yourself what you would do in those few moments some dude grabs a fireman for no reason. Who is the one being violent and threatening? Dude was a pussy for grabbing it then shooting right at the guy's feet a foot away? You're telling me if someone did that to you you wouldn't try to take it away? You have no clue what would happened if you did or not.
The dumb chit will go to jail.

Him having a firearm on his property in his possession means nothing, he has EVERY legal right to do that. The dude held the gun and told him to leave his property. That's not being 'violent and threatening'... He's standing on his property with a gun telling a trespasser to leave... The dude then proceeds to approach him and try to act intimidating/threatening after verbal threats bro.
I 100% would have tried to take it from them if they shot at my feet, but if someone pulls a gun on me on their property and tells me to leave? I'm not going to approach them and threaten them, I'm going to walk away and leave.

They are both guilty.
The step-dad for bringing a rifle to a civilian matter.
And the bio-dad for escalating it one step further by threatening to take it and use it on him.
But I also don't think the bio-dad believed step-dad would carry through with it. He must have thought it was a bluff. I wonder if he truly thought step-dad would carry out the threat, he would have backed down and went back to his car threatening civil court again.
