Halifax canada

Getting silly ..about 1500 cad for a decent 1 bedroom apt ( about 20% less if talking usd)

My girl is renting a place downtown for like 1450...1 bedroom but its basically too small for 2 people even

Its like small windowless bedroom , kitchen , and a living area where you can fit maybe a couch , tv .

Nice apt tho

I remeber a few years ago renting a ghetto studio apt in the hood for 650 ..despite how chitty that apt was u could barely get a room now days at that rate

This is Tarrant County. I've read that north Dallas and Collin are a good deal higher.
Ayee, was shocked to learn my old $800 a month apartment in Grand Prairie now goes for $1400. About 6 years ago when I was there.

Yeah, similar situation. Rented an apartment for $680/mo back in 2012-2014 and we moved because the rent got up to $750. Now they want $1,660 for the same unit. Not even a great area. Feel bad for people seriously. How are ordinary people going to go anywhere with that kind of bs.
