Especially when you start fine tuning chit. For instance i know i need more cap to side delts and more back width. So a few months ago i started training shoulders and back more. From looking at pictures and documenting training progress i can already see quite a difference. When you see your physique changing its a huge boost.
As far as ppl mirin also yes and often. Best part for me (i generally cannot stand average ppl) is that after a certain point normies begin to avoid you. They do get out of your way etc.
other best part is never being denied sex. The wife is down whenever we get the chance. Im sure this aspect is great for single guys pulling ass also.
All around being big and lean is a huge boost in confidence, mental health and general well being.

Is there any better feeling than seeing the sloots reaction when you both get naked after a night of flirting and she see's the full physique. Being stronger than 99% of guys is also a confidence booster. Also the whole health thing if you're into that.

I used to look like a pile of melted schit srs. 19 years old, working night shift, 200lbs, borderline blood pressure, bad gyno. I remember the last straw being trying on one of those fitted long sleeves at the store and experiencing such a profound depression at how terrible it looked. Joined a gym twice a week after work, then started doing my own research, learning more and more, failing and learning and adapting, etc. Eventually I got to a place where I was actually semi-satisfied with what I was seeing in the mirror.
In short: keep at it and it will do wonders for your mental health srs.

It feels good. Helped my confidence for sure. I wouldn't change it.
