The blue looks like the building on Epstein island.
Looks like a guy built his little child a nice house, but let him finish the inside. He just put everything shiny or bright in it.
The kitchen upper surround had all custom words (of their company?)
Meant to look high end, but actually looks like very low quality materials (and obviously tacky).
Would probably buy and make it normal inside and flip it

besides the horrific color scheme, that seems like a steal for a house of that size.. i guess the downside is you would have to be living in ****ing Kentucky...

Just some paint alone could make that place pretty nice.
My first house, the person before me had some weird fetish with this puked up mustard color and poop brown. I swear it was why nobody would buy the house. I bought it and a few buckets of paint later it wasn't too shabby.

Looks very seizure inducing. Its just too tacky and tiresome. But I'm miring the house otherwise, very spacious with potential for anyone who bothers with remodelling it

50k right off the bat on paint & flooring.
Edit: and another 90k for the kitchen. The house looks to be along the lines of what $420k would get in the area that I live.

How would you spend 90k on the kitchen? Thats nearly a quarter of the cost of the house...
This house is crazy cheap for the 4k sq ft and 6 bed. My house cost a little more for 3 bed and 1/3 the size, but I'm in the UK.

It almost seems like a waste to re-gut the whole house, I think it has some kitschy value to it. Though I agree the blue paint has to go. Not a fan of the same tile on the floors AND wall. I might also suspect the raised baths are either a shortcut or hiding a nightmare waiting to happen.

It's called Haint blue, and its supposed to ward off evil spirits.
Gullah folklore held that ghosts—known as “haints” (and pronounced “haunts”) in the Creole dialect—could not cross water, and because blue resembles water, ceilings were painted this color to repel evil spirits.
