Prices are for sure coming down in 2022, this is irrefutable.

You are now stuck paying high rent for the rest of your life, esp since half is going to your ex-wife.

So you think houses will go down in price once people have more money to spend and we actually start seeing the effects of the inflation that has been in news headlines every day this year?
Houses won't go down in 2022... rent will just catch up.

all my money is in the condo. i'd be over-leveraged if i bought another place.
this market also makes no sense to buy and rent it out. the prices are so high, there's no way you can make back your mortgage payments AND condo fees.

You like watches? Buy luxury watches from wholesalers and sell them online, you'll start turning a profit and you'll make a name for yourself. Eventually you hire someone to do the hustle and that bish makes you money on autopilot.
You like cars? Buy a Mercedes, get a brabus tune on it, sell for profit
The beauty is you can do it with your own cash, no interest or anything. So buy a rolex for 20k and resell for 24k... 4k profit, no other expenses and that goes in your pocket.
My main advice is do high ticket items, you can handle buying and selling 2 cars a month that are 500k... if you want to move 500k in pencils you need a large space and a team and the profits will be lower.

Imagine working your whole life to accumulate some little amount of wealth to put a roof over your head then sell it, only to be priced out of the market forever

How many accounts did TheGoldenCuck make?
And from this one we know that his marriage failed? The one where he said he needed to pay white whores to fu*k on the side since his wife couldn't satisfy his needs?

Basically I'm screwed, unless I move to Florida and buy a house with cash.
