The results of AA has set many minorities up for failure. They get placed in to colleges and jobs they aren’t qualified for. The result is a demoralizing affect. They failed out or lose their job for underperforming. In jobs, they are replaced by higher educated, skilled, and experienced minorities because the risk is too great to hire anything less.

It’s not difficult to gauge someone based on their appearance and how they carry themselves. Black or white, body language says a lot. For instance, if you see someone wide eyed and walking with purpose toward you, GTFO of there and make sure they don’t follow you. From what I've seen, a lot of Black miscers distance themselves from and do not condone the behaviour of the Ghetto trash you see on WSHH. The problem is you have so many bad apples it ruins it for for the few good ones that try to make a difference.

I feel worse for indians and asians who work hard their entire life but don't get any benefits and only negatives and no one cares. at least when it comes to blacks they benefit from practically everything and LOTS of people care. when's the last time you heard how hard asians and indians have it? oh yeah that's right never.

Good point. At least they have positive stereotypes and positive expectations though. Just sucks if you don't live up to the expectation. And affirmative actions/race quotas should be completely abolished. This usually hurts asians/indians the most because they are naturally high performers, but get punished for it

i was watching this bigdaws youtube video the other day where he asks questions to harvards students and more than half the kids were black and there were almost no indians and asians
