I am partial to episode 234 also known as the clogger where jerry picks up an attractive brunette from the chest waxing salon and after having dinner at an uptown Italian restaurant they head back to his apartment for a nightcap and following some heavy petting she retreats to the bathroom to slip into something more comfortable only to unleash a hiney load of chocolate manicotti that clogs his toilet so badly he is unable to recover standard flushing functionality even after three to four straight hours of aggressive plungering with his awkwardly fitting Mets jersey pulled up over his nose and to top it off at the end he walks in on newman finger blasting Elaine in the elevator

I'd catch random re-runs for a long time, but the one that got me to watch the whole series was when people thought Kramer was retarded after he had some dental work done and he was invited to a benefit for the mentally disabled.
