I know you feel OP. I'll never forget the one time some gorgeous woman came into my gym. she was in some tiny runner shorts and had the nicest fcking legs I have ever seen on a woman. She laid on a bench and did some leg lifts, some ab work. First and only time I ever had to work out with a bonrar, srs.
