Dude the dogs I linked get fought all the time in Central Asian countries. Pitbulls got popular In the US due to their relatively small size and availability. A pitbull is calm and docile compared to a Ovcharka or a Bully Kuta or about a dozen other breeds.

The people who fought dogs in the 1800s probably had rules when it came to stuff like weight, otherwise they coulda thrown in some 200lb wolf hybrid in there that woulda fuked up all the pitbulls.

First of all it is hard as hell to get accurate statistics of the amount of dogs of a certain breed, some redneck or ghetto gangbanger isn't gonna register their dog with the fukin American Kennel Club. Second of all when it comes to dog bites so many of them have no clear idea of who the fuk the dog was and some vague "pitbull mix" description gets put there. So your stats are heavily skewed.


And nah not ghetto at all. I don't even own a pitbull. I am just not a little emotional soyboy who wants to cry about a breed cause its "too" dangerous. Is it more dangerous than a golden retriever or a lab? Yes of course. Probably as dangerous as a Rottweiler or German Shepherd. Less dangerous than an Ovcharka or Presa Canario for sure.
