While I don't disagree with much of the discussion, I think everyone here is missing the true backstory to this....

It isn't about the tattoos, the croc, the 11 kids or any of that stuff. It's actually a sad story of a man just trying to have his application taken seriously when he has to sign the check with the last name(s) Holiday Weiner. I am certain they discarded it thinking it was a joke. It's very sad.
