I know it's bad for high heat cooking.
And I don't think the real, good coconut oil is good for high heat cooking either, I think that's some kind of refined coconut oil that you don't want to eat.
I could use avocado oil but I always use olive oil.

These polyunsaturated fats accumulate in the pig's fat instead.
Most pigs are fed soybean oil, which is high in linoleic acid.
Consequently, pig fat/lard often has a higher linoleic acid content than actual seed oils. Same is true for chickens.
Tl;dr eat pastured pigs fed NO seed oils, or quit eating pig.

Without looking it up for specific ratios, pig fat is primarily saturated fat and monounsaturated fat. It may have a small percentage of polyunsaturated fats like seed oils, but eating bacon for breakfast sometimes isn't the same thing as using canola seed oil a couple times a day to make a salad or something.

2). That you are already in a bad omega3 to omega 6 ratio.
You can use somelight sesame, walnut, hazlenut etc oils perfectly fineas a finishing oil to salads or on relishes for fish etc.. and have it be a healthy fine source of clean fats.
They also seem to ignore all rises in sugars in processed foods and seem to want to blame everything on seed oils making me believe this is just sugar industry pushing for a scapegoat.
