Think of it like this: you are at a gym. An honest to god facility for working out. It's not prison. you don't have to get into a fist fight to get the bench press. Everyone said I'd end up in prison for murder or some other crime, but I ended up with high honors, and a college grad. So when I go to the gym, I remind myself of what an achievement it is to get to go to a place where the equipment is good, the windows let the light in, and there's even a pool. It's all about perspective. There are a few administrators who sincerely hate me, and probably 99% of the people there. But the point is, I get to be there and they can't call the cops on me. (although they usually have one in uniform standing around staring at me waiting for me to **** up so they can arrest me.)

The most unwelcomed facilities are gyms. People are very judgemental in there.

If you're fat/skinny - what are you doing here
If you're shredded - you're a try hard douchebag

When I go to new gyms I typically don't even have a conversation with somebody until like a year or so, maybe a head nod other than greetings

Wow a year or so? So a whole year you train without talking to anyone? How do you do it? You dont feel lonely?

What are you expecting from a gym conversation? Deep thoughts about life?

Its not that these people are unaccepting of you, they dont know you and most people dont care to go out of their way to know you.

So relationships typically start with a bit of small talk, and as you see someone there more and more regularly, you either get to know them better or you dont. That is based on both parties to want to get to know each other better. It happens organically.

I mean like we are not close friends who hang out and have strong bonds.

Only if I bump into them, I don't invite them out. But when I do bump into them we typically kick it the whole night, especially at the bar.

When I am at the gym, i feel like a complete outsider, outcast, alienated, rejected

No one there wants to be apart of my life.

Being accepted could include, being invited to hang out, starting friendships, receiving hugs, giving positive support etc

It's his idea of "trolling".

Ffs his username is lancefraud, using pics that are clearly not his, made around 500 eod-level autistic posts in 2 weeks about being ronery and not getting hugs from strangers. He also claims to be from Sydney where it's right in the middle of the night.

So open up the conversation?

- Hey, I'm looking for X. Do you know of one that is good?

- Have you ever X?

- What's your favorite X?

- Do you follow X [sports]?

Most people like to be helpful, or talk about shared interests. Worst case they say "dunno, sorry".

Maybe try a different activity that involves more interaction with people? Some kind of team sport or cross fit maybe? Martial arts?
