My wife married me. I earn more than her. but its negligable. cant tell difference between 80k-150k tbh.

As in, you still have a mortgage and a car and you still have a budget.

If they're borderline 100K or just over, they usually want someone that makes twice that. If they're pulling over $200K themselves and it's not from working 70-80 hrs a week they're more open to guys making less than them. If they are working grueling corporate hours they want a guy who makes significantly more so she can quit and either work part-time or be a stay at home mom for one kid.

nurses are notorious for being that way. i know a few of them that make over 100k a year but they work 5 days a week pulling 12 hour shifts so they can party, ride the cock carousel, go on lavish vacations, buy LV and Gucci, and eat out all the time. it's all fun and games until they end up fat and single.

i agree. i know a realtor chick that makes really good money and has investment properties everywhere. before she was successful, she was flat broke and married to a normal bro; they divorced once she was making high figures. her excuse was that they've grown too far a part. his excuse was that once she started making money, she ran the relationship, made all of the decisions and treated him like chit.

I know a woman who is like 5’10 and works in private equity (200k+). Imagine trying to find a man who is several inches taller and makes more money than you.. she comes from the type of circle where career is very important and so is religion and race. Her options are probably less than 2% of men. I feel bad now that I think about it.
