As someone who has read all of the books in the series and still kind of enjoyed the Cruise manlet movies, they have so far knocked it out of the park with this series. I couldn’t put the books down when reading them and the series is the same. Was watching with my wife last night (she’s never read the books) until 4am.

Positives: good action scenes, hot sloots, good over arching story and no politics or forced diversity

Negatives: Thad castle isn’t the right lead he’s too big and awkward. John krasinski actually looked like an operator in jack Ryan

Hopefully they can keep it rolling unlike the chit that was jack Ryan season 2
