Nah, I accept people for who they are. Being fat isn't a deal breaker for me, so I just accept people for who they are. Nobody's perfect.

That said I don't think any medical professionals are making the rounds telling the public that being obese is perfectly fine.

I hate this statement but only because i dont want it to be right.

Medicine should be a means to an end not a means til the end.

They are pushing hard to slander "gym culture." They are accusing gyms of being dominated by a culture of fatphobia, shaming, judgement, and exclusion.

In 20 years I have attended 12 or 13 different gyms, in California, Michigan, and Canada. I have never been in a gym where there was this alleged culture. There are individual *******s, but they are individuals.

Most judgmental gym culture I have seen is at Planet Fitness. Not among the membership, but PF mottos kinda just hung in the air.

Fat is fit movement is cope for people that want to change but won't. The best thing they can do for their mental health is give up entirely and stop tormenting themselves with the idea of being healthier. Attempting to change the minds of society and science is quite molevolant.
The closer we approach the uncertainty of life's ending the more we wish to trade all of the things we have acquired in exchange for all of the things we have lost: wealth for youth, knowledge for fresh curiosity, resignation for hope. We'd trade our wisdom for new experiences, but it is wisdom that will teach us that at the end of the road the only new experience is death.

No one hates fat acceptance more than people that used to be fat.
Eat in a deficit to lose weight.
Hit your protein and fat minimums to stay healthy and keep your gainz.
Lift heavy and do HIIT to look and feel awesome.
Use the internet to learn why you should do these things and how to do these things.
