eh, it's a mixed bag tbh.

-Not all section 8 vouchers cover the entire rent (and you WILL get people that default on $30 monthly responsibility...)
-Higher turnover expenses
-Asset won't appreciate at the same rate as a conventional property (which means you look at it solely as a tax relief and current income generator, and not look forward to selling when the market cranks up)
-Difficult to staff
-Can't use as the same level of collateral for leveraging other purchases compared to conventional

Yellow springs is full of dirty hippies. The outskirts (where chapelle actually lives) is farmland. Funny that the dude who panders to blacks and black culture doesn't want them living near his ranch lmao

Do only blacks live in affordable housing?

And what's crazy is that they aren't defaulting because they CAN'T pay it, it's because they just don't WANT to pay it. Disgusting.

From Dave's Rep:

"Neither Dave nor his neighbors are against affordable housing, however, they are against the poorly vetted, cookie-cutter, sprawl-style development deal which has little regard for the community, culture and infrastructure of the Village," Sims added. "The whole development deal, cloaked as an affordable housing plan, is anything but affordable. Three out of 143 lots would have been for ‘future’ affordable housing. The rest of the homes were to be priced between $250k and upwards of $600k. In Yellow Springs, and in many other places, that is not considered affordable housing. Instead, it’s an accelerant on the homogenization of Yellow Springs."

Dayton Ohio is one of the chittiest places I've ever been in my entire life. Not surprised that he would be a bit worried.

Of course not. He just decided to take offense to it because fRaGiLiTy.

Good on Dave. I wouldn’t want to live around that shiit either. Like other poster itt have said, look what comes with these housing units. It’s not that they’re poor, it’s that they’re poor because they choose to live the way they do.

Putting housing projects in close proximity to affluent neighborhoods in the suburbs will cause all sorts of obvious problems.

He campaigned for Obama. Maybe he should actually taken a look at his policies and how they might effect him and/or other individuals directly?

He isn’t wrong.
I lived in a cheap-ass apartment complex while renovating my house for a few months back in the early 2000's.
just terrible.
I ended up moving out and sleeping on an air mattress at a friends for months.

I dont blame him, several nice suburbs in the Los Angeles area were destroyed and became high crime and ghetto ass areas with affordable housing or section 8.

Next thing you know they will put some half way houses and drug rehab homes and it will really start the destruction of that town.

Nothing surprising. Liberals always support social programs as long as they aren't near their house.
