In reality, the vaccine doesn't actually prevent covid infection, and you can still get myocarditis from covid even when vaccinated. Add on top of that the risk of myocarditis from the vaccine itself = comparing myocarditis rates from covid infection with myocarditis rates from the vaccine itself is irrelevant as vaccination does not prevent covid infection.
I don't know how any more clear this can be?

"Conclusions: Myocarditis (or pericarditis or myopericarditis) from primary COVID19 infection occurred at a rate as high as 450 per million in young males. Young males infected with the virus are up6 times more likely to develop myocarditis as those who have received the vaccine."
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/34341797/
The manipulative headline posted by OP is comparing vaccine-caused myocarditis vs normal myocarditis rates pre-covid, not vs covid infection, which is conveniently left out.

The article in the OP is written and posted by the Israel National News website, based on a new study published a little over 2 weeks ago. There's nothing manipulative about it, it's actually quite clear; the risk of myocarditis following mRNA COVID vaccination is around 133 times greater than the background risk in the population.
They also didn't compare to covid infection myocarditis specifically because, as stated in the article; "Comparisons with myocarditis rates following infection now irrelevant as vaccination no longer prevents infection."
The study’s authors noted that myocarditis following vaccination appeared to resolve more swiftly than in typical viral cases;however, given that vaccination is no longer considered a reliable way in which to avoid COVID infection, it is unclear whether this has any specific relevance to the cost-benefit analysis of COVID vaccination, especially considering the low risk of complications following coronavirus infection for the age group most at risk for heart-related complications following vaccination.
