Is it implied if you work in an office or corporate setting, as a man, you're a pussy

What's pathetic is how impressionable you are. Little white geek hangs out with black dudes and starts copying everything they do and say...

Interesting thread. I do think that there is something quite emasculating working in an office & im one of those white collar workers.
Conversely I’ve seen tradies ordered around like peasants so I guess wage labor in general is emasculating.

I mean you see it all the time here on the misc, even though it's trolling usually, there's some truth to it. White collar workers typically think they're better than blue collar workers.
On the other hand, your tradie friends are probably at least partially driven to act like that due to an inferiority complex, and a general insecurity about where they've ended up in life. Even if they have comparable salaries and a similar IQ, for lack of a better metric, the officecels were the ones that had the discipline to study for years for a put off reward. There's a higher barrier to entry than in the trades. I understand that union jobs are difficult to get and that kind of thing, but it's a different dynamic.

makes me look at it much more like sales regarding college. OF COURSE they want me to come pay their institution. when i've been making decent money without it
i do think there's a stigma that we're taught from a young age. at my former tradie place it did seem like guys had a chip on their shoulder, but it was almost naivete. as they were doing better than lots of people in college
almost like they were just a byproduct of propaganda. the vast majority of college degrees wont make as much
i do agree there seems to be a certain type of people attracted to trades; but that doesn't speak much toward the trade itself
i do think i'd hate working in an office more
edit: from what i've read on here apparently judaism hates hard labor and people talk about how prevalent jews are in the media. seems to make sense. but i have not dug too deep into it

A huge part of many people who have a degree's ego is derived from thinking they're smarter and better than people who don't have formal degrees.

that's the dunning-kruger effect in full display imo. it may be a tad different in the "overestimation" part based on a specific niche; because a college education will (or should) make you smart or more knowledgeable in a specific field. but if more than 50% of people are going to college. then a "college education" doesn't really make you stand out from the majority of the population; or else you're in the "average" category.
and we won't even go into the difference of people getting degrees barely passing or c's vs. people mastering it
it may also mean that tradies are even more looked down upon, or stupid.. but i don't think that's quite as apt
it may hold a little true, but is prob less true than the aforementioned; those thinking they got a college degree are "superior"
i truly believe that tradie wages are gonna keep going up. once the like 40 year old and 50 year olds retire there's gonna be a massive shortage in trades/ labor. and tradie prices are gonna rise, cause no one else is doing it
