Ill keep a few coming....yes, the collection goes on....
How about 2017 #66 Ford GT from when Ford went hard again at LeMans. Ford took #1 with the 68 car, and this finished 4th..
In the background is a modern GT painted to match the 66 winning car.

OK more car porn while the car haters hate....
Talk about a historic car. This is one of the most insane cars every built and raced. 1973 Porsche 918/30 CAN AM Spyder. They would NEVER allow something like this to be built and raced. Porsche made a twin turbo V12 and stuffed a driver between two fuel cells with no roll bar. The car put out almost 1200hp
This car won every race it entered but one. It dominated and after sealing Porsched 2nd Can Am championship, the other car manuf pushed to have it outlawed and quit the series resulting in then 2nd half of the 1974 series canceld.
This car still holds the closed course all time speed record. Setting a 221.12 AVG speed at Talladega! NEVER broken.

AMAZING CARS.
Not a carcel but having all those unique cars is pretty cool. I hadn't even heard of an unrestored Cobra as I thought all of them were restored (or replicas).
I met a guy with a LaFerrari at a stripmall restaurant parking-lot and asked him why he was even driving it in public as if he got into an accident he would have to ship it back to italy for sure. he said he had more expensive cars so he probably was like your private collector an owner of actually-raced vintage vehicles.

Nothing could be further from material possessions than ones health and fitness. I have well over 20+ years of training. And I am 12 years into my 'come back'. I am more proud of my accomplishments in the gym that I am of ANYTHING I can buy.
And also cars are a lot of fun. If you dont like it, just pass. Having some nice stuff does not define me. And despite what you might think, does not make me materialistic. I am rich beyond bounds with the love of my family and friends. Cars are a cool hobby, but far from my life.
Here is my 10 year challenge. 38-48. Yes, still 100% lifetime nattie in first pic but only 2 years back into training after decade off.

I personally dont like the clickbait type, over the top, watch me get mcdonalds in my lambo videos. Not our thing. We all love cars, but not into 'flexing'. It is hard line to perceive when people see a bunch of supercars roll up. But the fact is we love the cars and the experience of them. We also take them on drives though the mountains where no one sees us.
Truly sharing in others joy over the excitement that cars can bring is very fun. ESPECIALLY with kids. Our last car event, a mom came up to me and explained her daughter was autistic, but she LOVED cars. She saw us and came into the meet. She told her mom the 'blue' car was her favorite. I asked the mom if she would like to sit in it. The daughter was not one for showing emotion and very shy. But she shook her head yes. Once in I let her get comfortable and then asked if she wanted to start it. She was a little unsure and I had to translate from the mom as she did not talk much. But she did. The coolest part is right at the end, she flashes such a cute smile. These type things are really humbling to get to experience.
