What i highly suggest is doing cold approach day game. This is by far the fastest way for guys to develop. Im not going to lie its very hard in the beginning and getting rejected over and over again will suck.

And it will keep sucking until one day you realize hey rejections not a big deal, not everyone in this world will like you but you will find people who do, and it takes time for that to happen and it will only happen by putting yourself out there.

This realization helped me a lot with understanding my own value and in turn boosting my confidence

Two books id recommend are the rational male and models.
