But yeah the cable kickbacks work a good angle

I gotta say if you're a newbie and come across this thread your mind will be filled with terrible ideas and false hopes.

brb guy with hyuge developed quads only squats 2 plates and rarely trains legs
brb another guy recommending doing insane amounts of volume that people riding bikes dont even do
