This. I haven't worn a bicycle helment since I was first learning how to legit ride one at like 5 years old. You don't really need one unless you either suck at riding, are worried about getting hit by cars (I actually follow traffic laws and stay the fukk out of the way of the 4k+ lb metal death machines on the road when I ride bicycles), or are doing extreme trick biking stuff.

Though I admit, I probably should wear one just because. I guess you never know, so better safe than sorry. But the only thing lamer than a bicycle helmet law is removing said law because they decided it's "racist". I swear, everything is about race to these liberal political loons. I am so sick of hearing about race all the time.
