No I don't care about them I have enough of my own issues to worry about some people on the other side of the world I'm never going to have any interaction with. Obviously I hope nobody gets hurt and it all works out, I may be selfish but I'm not a sadist.

I'm aware this is a very narcissistic position but I am what they made me. I think this is most of us tbh except the ones that get aroused by virtue signalling.

It's not that I don't care about them it's that we have our own issues and we can't save the world. It's also not as though Russia is North Korea in that for most people in Ukraine life will be about the same being a state of Russia. It's also a fact that Ukraine and Russia have a long history that doesn't involve us. As well, I understand the Russian point of view as far as they don't want NATO on their doorstop more than it already is and they don't like missiles aimed at them.

I bet you that if everyone came to Russia and told them that if they back off and don't invade we will never allow Ukraine or any other of the border states of Russia to join NATA just as long as they don't invade them. But of course we are going to risk WWIII because liberals of the west want to spread their woke agenda as far as they can.

i dont give a single fuk about ukraine or what happens to its sovereignty.. i do care about its civilians though obviously, if russia goes in slaughtering ukrainian women and children (not suggesting they would relax) then i would be pretty pissed.

Since I met my wife (from Donetsk Ukraine) she has been telling me how much she loves America and how great it is while I have been trying to tell her its mostly just illusion, they don't really come running to rescue with their bombs unless there is a hell of a lot of strategic oil to plop a military base on top of.

She is starting to see the reality of the situation.

Some countries will see trillions of dollars in a 2 decade long conflict and some will see a middle finger.

war crimes were committed by serbia, they killed women and children, then nato/us came in tore serbia a new *******. everyone involved (obv not serbia) was and is very thankful to them for this... in fact some of the highest approval ratings for the US in the whole world come from balkan countries.

i agree with this guy. it sucks for ukraine, and we (the west) are the ones that basically forced them to get rid of their nukes, admittedly they were russias nukes lol, but they belonged to ukraine nonetheless.

russia is a typical bully, idk if that means they will keep pushing forward and annexing more and more shiet until USSR 2.0, but i do know that they are a piece of shiet that should not be trusted.

I was a lot younger but I remember clearly in school teachers making a big deal about how awesome the USA was. I suspect that was what we got out of it.

The Russian incursions into former USSR countries is not leaving a lot of these countries very happy at the moment, they are terrified that if nothing is done, Putin will put a flag on all of them.

The part the American media wont cover is Putin literally saying that Ukraine does not even exist and is rightfully Russia.
