When we make a linked in profile, we are told to NOT include a picture bc employers do discriminate.

Also, when they interview us, we are told we are not a culture fit.

and despite qualifications employers still seek race/gender bc of lawsuits

I would say non Hispanic whites have a harder time getting hired all things being equal.

Do you have a very ethnic sounding name? That could cause less response to applications

YEAH, my last name is ethnic ASF. I was planning on changing it tbh too lazy

Yeah, you are right, affirmative action hurts poor whites and they have a hard time getting interviews in college I believe.

look at the global maps, suicide rates are highest in the northern regions. i srs believe it has to do with the winters. africa has low rates and they are poor. japan, russia, high rates. basically everything near the equator are low rates regardless of the countrys wealth.

you ever live up north its depressing as fuk. i lived in north east and it got dark at 5pm. i dont know how people do winters in alaska it being dark all day.



very clear trend with the extreme north and south having high rates and the equator lower rates.
