I'm happiest when I travel to another state/country and just live like a local for a bit and immerse myself in learning about different cultures. I try to go on 2-3 vacas a year and when I'm not on vacation, I like to plan for it haha. Have also picked up cooking in the last year or so and I make some bomb meals these days (according to my friends).
