She's expected to be a reliable left-wing vote on the courts. That's enough of a reason. Was there a legitimate reason to vote against Gorsuch, Kavanaugh or Barrett?

We're in an era of polarization. We need to play dirty too.

You asked a question, and got an answer. You also (as is the case 99% of the time here) misrepresented the argument against him by saying it was "for questioning Biden's pick".

Tucker demands he knows what her scores where for ONLY this particular candidate. He has never questioned any other prior candidates test scores but it’s not because race … she just “happens” to be brown (rolls eyes)

Actually quite the opposite. Being a person of color she “HAS”to prove herself to Tucker and everyone else that she is “above and beyond qualified” and has higher test scores than any other lighter skinned candidate that’s never even been asked for their LSAT scores. No other candidates had been questioned on this but since she is a POC she has to go above, beyond and work harder just to be accepted in the same position, something that her peers didn’t experience. What a fair and equal treatment but Tucker dindu nuffin … just generally “concerned” wink wink wink…..

Aren't you the guy who whine about Trump because of mean tweets?

The 2018 midterms were a fizzle for the Dems, largely because of how badly they handled the Kavanaugh hearings. The fact you skip over that is stunning.

And if the GOP fights a pick they JUST voted for last year, in a seat left by a liberal, then they're bigger fools than the mean tweets crowd. The ONYL chance the Dems have is to energize their base, and attacking an already confirmed black female judge for SC is a dream come true. SC leans conservative, so win all of congress so in 2024 you can have Thomas retire finally.

I've told you a million times why I was against Trump's tweets, but you just ignore it. Once again, I had no issue personally with the tweets, but knew that they badly hurt his chances of passing his agenda and getting re-elected, so it was very frustrating to see him self-sabotage every single day. But anyway, you'll just ignore this and pretend that my feelings were hurt by them, or some weird chit.

2018 was good for the Dems. They were unhinged as fuk, (still are) but due to 2 straight years of Trump/GOP buffoonery were able to earn record breaking turnout. Given how much of a chit show they were, they should've been the exception to the rule that the President's party always loses the house.

The trajectory is clear. The country is going to swing further to the left as each year passes. Obstruct liberals at all costs IMO, and at least delay what's coming and buy a little more time.

Well no, the Right will likely have Congress soon, so I'm not sure what swing you mean. You can't obstruct Biden's pick for two years, so why fight a judge that already was confirmed last year? You're replacing Breyer, so who cares. Once you win the midterms you can play hardball.

We'll see. Biden is an absolute disaster, but the Senate might be tough. The House will be won, but probably not overwhelmingly. If it were a different time, Democrats would be a lock to get comically wiped in November. But like I said, the trajectory is clear.
