Why should a health insurance company cover you if there is a 25% chance of getting a heart attack within a few years? That's a terrible loss for them if the insured party is just paying the base rate. On the other hand, if you are already on their plan for 10, 20, 30 years, they don't have any need to account for your conditions because you've been a net profit for so long already. Health insurance is like a retirement fund. You need to start long before health problems set in so you have good coverage in the future when the time comes.

Obvious answer is making fat people pay premium on healthcare. Healthcare companies should require a yearly fitness test to determine health premiums (could be between like 18-50 yrs of age, medically exclude actual handicapped people (and not people “handicapped” because they are just fat as fuk)).

Should also tax soda/junk food companies like how we have a premium on alcohol/tobacco tax. This could fund the fitness camps.
