Well chit finally happened , as at work apparently I’ve offended everyone . The 30 yo guy that I’m training came to work with a new mastercrap drill a few weeks ago , and I asked him if he bought it at Toys R Us.
I recommended that he give it to his girlfriend for Valentine’s Day ,as there is no place here for a drill like that here , as it will self destruct in a month , and it’s basically a woman’s drill .
Well now the sloot from the planning Department that overheard me say this has threatened to quit if I’m not disciplined , and she’s the type that goes out of way to hear things .
This same kid that I’m training is really not all there . I swear he is close to Down syndrome, so on occasion when he fuks up for the hundredth time doing the same fuking thing that I’ve explained several times , I’ll call him stoops .
I love the word stoops, as my friend from England used to say it all the time . Never really offended me lol .
Anyways this didn’t go over well , as the sloot from the planning department freaked out on me again asking how I’d feel if someone called me stoops ?

So it escalated to a meeting this morning with our job coordinator and someone on zoom from the company to resolve .
I told them that I’ll do my best to be all touchy feely and walk on fuking eggshells for now fuking on .
Well this was not the correct answer lol .

Srs, I can’t wait for pooty poot to push the button . I want to see people with third degree burns and radiation poisoning foraging for food , then let’s see how woke and politically correct they are .

lmao I literally brought in a cheap ass black and decker drill to work to fix something in the office face. One guy talked chit about my feminine cheap small drill. Another guy wrote "i suck" on the box of screws i brought in. that is just normal guy chit. lmao if you cry to management about guys being guys

Bullying younger people at work is not a good look. If you're going to act like that, you have to do it to everyone, not just pick on people beneath you. That's pretty cowardly.

If you care about your job, you might need to obtain some more fuks to give.

I'm not touchy feely, and work around guys who say much worse daily, but I wouldn't call your behavior appropriate for someone worried about keeping their job.

I know you've gone through a lot in your life, but this is easily a controllable situation that doesn't have to turn into a regret and then a "Misk I lost my job because kunt HR" thread.

Would have had a talk with you about it, then likely fired the guy your training for being inadequate and tried to get you an employee who matches your personality. I would have thanked girl from planning for her report but told her if she wants to quit go ahead, she should report and not inject herself into the situation.

Toxic work environments fester until they boil into something bigger. Do your job and don't get personal negatively.



If it doesn't bother you then it's not an issue. However op is in a position of authority over his trainee, calling him names is unacceptable and the trainee may fear reporting because he's new.

Girl from planning did right thing by reporting but should have left it at that. Trainee and OP should be addressed and if it's an issue then split them up.

Real talk, if you let one employee become toxic, that attitude spreads. Then morale goes down over years and you lose employees over stupid conflicts. It's best to keep work a non toxic environment.
