my blood pressure varies so much it's kind of insane.

If I'm at home on the couch it's like 125/82. The lowest I've ever tested myself was 113/77

If I'm at the doctors it's like 165/88 and the doctor is just like "wtf m8...."

the lowest I've seen at the doctor recently is 140 top number.

I've also seen the top number fluctuate by 30 points within an hour while at a doctor LMAO.

Either I'm undergoing a continuous panic attack, or something else is going on.

Cardiologist said I'm fine, and my kidney function levels are all perfect, so no one wants to prescribe anything. I won't be surprised if I get pharma-ponzi'd within the next decade or so and put on meds.

EDIT: If I VERY consistently do veggie smoothies with berries/chia/spinach daily I will see a very consistent top number below 130.

Started monitoring it when I would consistently get 140/90. Eventually, I would consistently get 160/90. That's when the doc put me on a very small dose. That dose got me back down into the 120's over 80s

My wife and my best friend's wife are both nurses. Checking blood pressure is part of their studies so they would check us at home for practice
