I don't remember ever seeing somebody not bring back a cart. Must be an American thing. You guys have people pack your groceries to at the counter, right? Weird as fuk.

Here is the same guy, different trip, Agent Sebastian fuks with him using another gimmick, putting food he didn't order on his car at about 18:00

... neither time does he seem to acknowledge he knew him from whichever incident happened first. Both times, he just blows up in seconds. I don't know. Seems weird.
Is that the guy from Windy City Heat????
