56 hours of personal time for sick days but I use them for vacation mostly. Had like 200 hours banked then had a hospital stay which burned 70% of it. So lame. Otherwise 10 holidays and 3 weeks vacation. I'm a year away from a 4th week. All in all around 2 months worth each year. Plus the ability to swap shifts with others in the office. Bottom line is I take a lot of time off to travel.

Earn slightly more than 1 day per paycheck, so about a month a year.
