Planks, reverse hypers, and hanging leg raises are God-mode core exercises.
For me reverse hypers locked my back up. Could be something I have to work up to.

My routine is as follows:

Hip warmups, front to back, side to side, and twisting, using Song's plane stances.

Then dynamically stretch your hip flexors.

Glute bridges, bird dogs, dead bugs, bird dips, lateral band walkouts, lunges and side lunges.

Bench pressing put your feet up. Bend 90 degrees at the hips and 90 degrees at the knees.
