I only don't like people who can't afford drugs and steal to get them, but celebrities who can afford them I hope for them the best. But it's shame what happens when you have an addiction with too many moneys too. Less moral damage of going through the ringer to get the fix, but more brain damage because there's a lot. There's so much ʕ ꈍᴥꈍʔ so much medicine and poison

I don't see any reason to doubt these reports. While Colombia obviously has some very rural areas that will be that way for a while, Bogota is very developed and it's not like a hospital there lacks the ability to do a proper toxicology screening. I wouldn't go there for some advanced cutting edge surgery, but for anything relatively basic you would be fine.

Combining benzos, opiates, tricyclic antidepressants, and likely alcohol is a death cocktail. Ive OD'd on benzos combined with alcohol and went into multi day comas. Lucky to be alive.
