Just save up for it twice that way you got money to spend over versus being broke...or don't.

I think my Secret Lab chair is ok. Quality is on point. Cushion is a bit on the hard side, but some memory foam fixed that issue. The adjustability is nice. Arms turn in or out, up or down, slide inward and outward. Lumbar adjustment too. Tilt.

I read a lot of reviews and Secret Lab had quite a few comparison videos out there by gamers etc, they also run a hard marketing campaign, so maybe some bias out there and paid reviews. Not sure, but so far it's been a good chair.

What ever you do. Don't buy a secret labs chair, i have the titan and it sucks. Arms don't align well, leather is absolutely trashed after like 3 years, arms split just from leaning on them, its uncomfortable, feels rock solid like im sitting on a plank and the titan seems to be huge even though i'm 6'3 260lb and lift... Unless you're morbidly obese don't get the titan for sure.

Is there a more embarrassing purchase than a gaming chair?

Some big gay box with a pro gamer on it gets left in front of your house.

Total embarrassment.

Like a good pair of shoes a quality chair is not something to go cheap on if you can afford it.
The closer we approach the uncertainty of life's ending the more we wish to trade all of the things we have acquired in exchange for all of the things we have lost: wealth for youth, knowledge for fresh curiosity, resignation for hope. We'd trade our wisdom for new experiences, but it is wisdom that will teach us that at the end of the road the only new experience is death.

Literally anything with the word "Gaming" in front of it is just marked up by an extra 50% because "gamers" are dumb and will follow any trend if it appeals to their "identity" as a "gamer".

Aint no way in hellz im getting a Herman Miller lite.

Had a cheap chair laying around now Im using that.

The reason why I like the gaming chair is because my old chair was good enough. So even though the gaming chair aint good to yall, its a major upgrade for me. Didn't get to sit on them though at the store because they had them on the shelf.

Don't even waste your money on a gaming chair.

Bought a Secret Lab thinking it would be amazing - what literally one of - if not the most uncomfortable chair I've ever sat in.

Spend half the money on a decent agronomical office chair.

They're so much better when sitting in for hours on end in front of the computer.

No leather lasts forever. Haven't had any of those issues other than the seat is on the harder side, so I added memory foam. Doesn't feel huge to me at 6'3 190lb. I must have long upper legs, because I wish the seat was a an inch or two longer, but I have that issue with any chair. I don't think it's the perfect chair by any means, but it's better than most I've used and I prefer it.
